Logging In & Your Account
Sign Into Your Account
Your account gives you access to parts lookup, saved machines, order history, and more.
- 1.Go to zebrospros.com and click Account in the top-right corner.
- 2.Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- 3.If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? — a reset link will be emailed to you within a minute.
- 4.Once in, you'll land on your Account Dashboard where you can see everything at a glance.
New customer? You'll get a welcome email with a link to activate your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Your Account Dashboard
Your home base — quick links to everything, plus your full order history.
- 1.After logging in, go to Account anytime to see your dashboard.
- 2.Quick-access cards at the top link to My Machines, Parts, Repair, Rentals, Fleet Quote, Shop Equipment, and this guide.
- 3.Scroll down to see your order history — click any order to see the full details and tracking.
My Machines
See Your Saved Machines
All your equipment is listed here. Each machine links directly to its parts diagrams.
- 1.From your account, click My Machines.
- 2.Each card shows the machine brand, model, and serial number.
- 3.Click Shop Parts to go directly to that machine's parts diagrams.
- 4.Click Saved List to see parts you've bookmarked for that machine.
- 5.Click Manuals to access owner and service manuals (when available).
Add all your machines. We support most major brands — Toro, Bobcat, Stihl, Husqvarna, Exmark, Scag, John Deere, and more. The more machines you register, the faster we can pull up your parts and history. Don't see your brand? Contact us and we'll get it added.
Add a New Machine
Register any machine you own — takes less than a minute.
- 1.Go to My Machines and tap the gold + Add Machine button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- 2.Select your brand from the list. We support most major brands — Toro, Bobcat, Stihl, Husqvarna, Exmark, John Deere, Scag, Walker, and more. If yours isn't listed, pick Other and type it in.
- 3.Enter the model number and serial number. Hints will appear to tell you exactly where to find them on your machine for each brand.
- 4.Optionally add the year, hours, category, and a photo of your unit (see below).
- 5.Tap Add Machine — it will appear in your list within seconds.
Once added, our system will automatically look up the parts catalog for your exact serial number range and link it to your machine card.
Add a Photo of Your Machine
Put a face to your equipment — keeps things organized when you have multiple units.
- 1.On the My Machines page, find the machine you want to update.
- 2.Click the pencil (✏) icon in the top-right corner of the machine card to open the Edit Machine form.
- 3.Scroll down to the Photo section and tap Choose File.
- 4.Pick a photo from your phone or computer — JPEG, PNG, or WEBP, up to 10MB.
- 5.Tap Save Changes. The photo will appear at the top of your machine card.
Pro tip: Take a photo of your whole machine AND a close-up of the serial number decal. Makes it easy to reference later when ordering parts.
Looking Up Parts
Find the Right Part
Visual exploded diagrams for every assembly on your machine. Click a part to see the OEM and aftermarket options.
- 1.From My Machines, click Shop Parts on any machine card. The correct parts catalog loads automatically.
- 2.You'll see a grid of assembly thumbnails — things like Engine, Deck, Hydros, Frame, etc.
- 3.Click any assembly thumbnail to open the exploded diagram.
- 4.The diagram shows every part with a reference number. The table below lists each part's OEM number, description, and price.
- 5.If we carry an aftermarket equivalent, it shows alongside the OEM part — usually at a lower price.
Know your part number? The parts table has a search / filter — type your part number or a keyword to find it instantly.
Save Parts to a List
Bookmark parts to come back to later — great for building a maintenance kit or tracking what you need.
- 1.Open any parts diagram and find the part you want to save.
- 2.Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) on the part row.
- 3.Click Save to List — a dropdown shows your saved lists. Pick one or create a new one.
- 4.To see your saved lists, go to My Machines and click Saved List on the machine card — it takes you straight to the parts page with your saved parts highlighted.
Hot List: Your Zebros rep can push a recommended parts list directly to your account. When they do, you'll see it in your Saved Lists. Great for seasonal maintenance or urgent jobs.
Adding to Cart & Checking Out
Add Parts to Cart & Check Out
Order parts for shipping or in-store pickup — right from the parts diagram.
- 1.In the parts table, find the part you want and click Add to Cart.
- 2.You can add multiple parts from different assemblies — they all go into the same cart.
- 3.When ready, click the Cart icon in the top-right and then Checkout.
- 4.At checkout, choose Ship to Me (we'll mail it) or In-Store Pickup (ready same or next day at our location).
- 5.Enter your payment info and place the order. You'll get an email confirmation right away and a shipping notification when it ships.
In-stock parts ship fast. Most orders placed before noon go out same day. We'll email you a tracking number.
Machine Down — Get It Fixed
Submit a Repair Request
Machine is down? Fill out one form and we'll get a tech assigned fast.
- 1.From your account, click Machine Down (or go to the Get Repaired page).
- 2.Select the machine from your list, or enter the model and serial manually.
- 3.Describe the problem — the more detail, the better. Add photos if you have them.
- 4.Choose whether you want pickup/drop-off or a field service visit.
- 5.Submit — we'll contact you to confirm the appointment.
Shop Equipment
Browse & Buy New Equipment
Browse our full equipment catalog by brand and category. Get pricing, specs, and request a quote — all online.
- 1.From your account, click Shop Equipment — or go to zebrospros.com/pages/shop-equipment.
- 2.The page opens to all brands. Use the brand buttons (Toro, Bobcat, Stihl, etc.) to filter by manufacturer.
- 3.Click a category — Zero-Turn Mowers, Walk-Behind Mowers, Tractors, Skid Steers, Chainsaws, and more.
- 4.Each product card shows the model name, a photo, and a Request Quote button.
- 5.Click Request Quote to send us a quote request — we'll get back to you with availability and pricing.
- 6.Need a loader or attachment with a tractor? We can spec that out together — just note it in the quote form.
Tractor + Loader combos: Several Bobcat and Toro tractor models are set up with compatible loader packages. Ask us to spec the right combo for your operation.
Build an Equipment Quote
Configure your machine with the options you want and get a full price quote in seconds.
- 1.From the equipment catalog, click View Options & Quote on any machine.
- 2.The machine detail page opens. You'll see a full list of available options — attachments, upgrades, packages. Check the ones you want.
- 3.The price updates live as you select options.
- 4.Click Build Quote — your configured quote is saved and you're taken to the Equipment Quote page.
- 5.Review your quote, enter your name and contact info, then click Submit Quote Request. We'll follow up with availability and final pricing.
- 6.You can also print or save your quote as a PDF for your records.
Saved Quotes: Click Saved Quotes on the catalog page to pull up any quote you've built before. Great for comparing machine configs side by side.
Fleet Quote
Get a Fleet Quote
Buying multiple machines? Use the Fleet Quote builder to spec out your order and get commercial pricing.
- 1.From your account, click Fleet Quote.
- 2.Select a brand and then choose the models you're interested in.
- 3.Set the quantity for each machine. The builder totals everything up as you go.
- 4.Add your contact info and submit — one of our commercial reps will follow up with fleet pricing.
Book a Rental
Rent Equipment
Need a machine short-term? Browse our rental inventory and book online.
- 1.From your account, click Rentals — or go to zebrospros.com/collections/rentals.
- 2.Browse available machines — mowers, compact equipment, attachments.
- 3.Click a machine to see daily, weekly, and monthly rates.
- 4.Click Book Now or call us to confirm availability for your dates.
Need it today? Call us directly — we can often turn around same-day rentals if the machine is available on the lot.
Referrals & Commercial Benefits
Earn $100 — Refer a Customer
Know someone who needs equipment? Send them our way and get paid when they buy.
- 1.From your account, click Send a Referral.
- 2.Enter the name and contact info of the person you're referring.
- 3.Submit — we'll reach out to them directly.
- 4.When they purchase a machine over $4,000, you earn $100. No limits on how many referrals you can submit.
We appreciate your partnership. Referral payouts are processed after the sale closes. You'll be notified by email when your reward is ready.
Commercial Program — Tier Discounts
The more you buy, the more you save. Our commercial tiers unlock automatic discounts on parts, equipment, and service.
- 1.From your account, click Program Details to see your current tier and the benefits you've unlocked.
- 2.Tiers are based on your total annual spend — parts, equipment, and service all count toward your tier.
- 3.Higher tiers unlock bigger discounts on parts, priority service scheduling, and fleet pricing on equipment.
- 4.Your tier status and discount percentage are shown on your account dashboard.
Not sure what tier you're in? Check your account dashboard — it shows your current tier, your spend toward the next level, and your active discount rate.
Hot List — Staff-Recommended Parts
Your Zebros rep can push a curated list of parts directly to your account. This is the Hot List.
- 1.When your Zebros rep has parts recommendations for you — seasonal maintenance, a recall, or high-wear items — they push them to your Hot List.
- 2.You'll see the Hot List appear in your Saved Lists on the parts page for your machine.
- 3.Each part in the list links directly to the diagram so you can see exactly where it goes on your machine.
- 4.Add any or all of the recommended parts to your cart in one click.
Think of it as your rep handing you a note — except it's already linked to your machine's parts catalog and ready to order. No phone tag, no looking up part numbers manually.
